The Art of Happiness teaches a breath work sequence that committed to as a daily practise enhances ones clarity, peace and enjoyment of life, then there is the 4 day Art of Silence course that creates inner peace, mental discipline and contentment with life and also we have DSN and the bonuses of that course are a surprise.
Session : Kirtan is a call and response process by which individuals release their stressors and tensions and in effect harmonise with the energy of the group as they engage with the process. It is a meditative and conscious process which leads us effortlessly into a meditative state at the commencement of the singing process.
