My dream is to help people realise their potential to FEEL GOOD and enjoy the highest level of health and quality of life possible.
To empower you with the tools you need to build resilience, confidence, strength, flexibility, stability and balance both in the body and mind.
I began practicing Iyengar Yoga 15 years ago, which ignited my passion for alignment in the body and the therapeutic affects of Yoga for injury and dis-ease.
Four years ago I packed my suitcase and my panic attacks and travelled across the world where I immersed myself in an intensive program to become a qualified and registered teacher.
Since then I have completed another training in Bali and am currently completing my 500 hours with Om Yoga Studio in Auckland.
I would describe my current teachings as lovingly crafted mind-body experiences built on principles of neuroscience, psychology, biomechanics and physiology.
Through a fun combination of movement, breath, myofascial release, neurodynamics, mindfulness, active stretching, strengthening and simple meditation - I can help you find your true essence and begin to embody the best version of yourself - on and off the Yoga mat.
