My spiritual journey started after moving from Italy to Scotland, where I started to get closer to yoga and its principals. The more I practised, the closer I got to what flow and awareness means in my life and I started using it daily. After taking part in a 3 days shamanic retreat, I decided to follow my intuition and start travelling. One of my destinations was in the South of India where I gained my 200hrs YTT to develop a deeper understanding of this discipline. This amazing experience taught me to live in harmony with myself and my surroundings and how important it is to share this knowledge with everyone.
Session 2: Morning flow
During this 90 mins session we will find balance between body and mind by connecting to our inner self. The practice will start with a short, guided meditation to ground ourselves into the space, followed by some pranayama to cleanse our physical body before starting our Asana practice.
