Hugo is a personal trainer and movement coach that created a method called Dynamic Movement. Over the last 17 years he’s been researching, studying and practicing many forms of movement from different parts of the world to develop a method that move the body in a natural way, that can ultimately prepare it for life, that doesn’t depend on an specific place or weather, that can be practiced anywhere, that has the power to strengthen and heal the body and mind.
SESSION 1: Dynamic Movement
During the workshop you’ll be presented to some techniques and views that will help you to incorporate movement trough your life with a change in perspective of how you see it and practice it. This includes movements from different fields such as Yoga, Calisthenics, Functional Training, Animal Movements, Martial Arts, Gymnastics, Sports and more. They can be adapted to different levels of fitness and conditions and the only prerequisite is to have a body and the willingness to move.
