Isha Foundation is an international non-profit service organization, offering powerful yoga programs that extend a rare opportunity for self-discovery, inner transformation, and empowerment for individuals to reach their full potential. 

Yoga for Memory and Focus 

A specific sequence of invigorating physical postures (Sadilaja and Asanas), cleansing practice (Nadi Shuddhi). When practised on a regular basis this sequence can not only enhance memory and concentration but can also bring a certain balance to thoughts and emotions. 
 
Regular practice of Yoga for Memory & focus has these benefits ● Enhances ability to concentrate for longer periods of time ● Improves memory retention, storage, and retrieval ● Relieves neck and shoulder stiffness from long periods of sitting at a desk or using a computer ● Brings about a quality of incisive action in a person.

Yoga for Inner Wellbeing 

Within the human system, the energy flows along 72,000 pathways called nadis. At the joints, the nadis meet and form nodes, making the joints storehouses of energy. Upa-Yoga activates this energy and also lubricates the joints, creating an instant sense of alertness and liveliness.

 

Isha Kriya 

Isha Kriya is free, simple, and easy to practice. Available as a guided meditation with an instructional video and downloadable instructions, it has the potential to transform the life of anyone who is willing to invest just a few minutes a day. 

 

Mantra Yoga 

There is a beautiful story in the yogic lore that describes how when Adiyogi utters three AUMs, a whole new creation comes into being. The story is a dialectical expression of the possibility of the sound AUM. Known as the universal or basic sound in the existence, AUM is a combination of the three primordial syllables – “Aaa”, “Ooo”, and “Maa”. AUM chanting is a powerful practice that aligns the three fundamental aspects of the system – body, mind and energy – leading to a more profound experience of life. It helps stabilize the body and mind, thus eliminating psychological disturbances and alleviating chronic ailments. AUM chanting creates a powerful basis for further inner exploration.
