Karin loves to teach yoga to children – and to their parents!
This is where you often see magic happen. Karin has been teaching yoga to families since 2011 in workshops and on festivals.
As a teacher, she is inspired by many teachers and styles – from Acroyoga to Elemental Flow and Kundalini Yoga and the beautiful teachings of the Mohan Family.
Besides teaching yoga to children & families, Karin writes stories for and about children, about yoga, and about people that make the world a better place.
Session 1: Family Yoga – for young kids age 4 – 8 years
Discover the beauty and fun of practicing yoga together with your young child (age 4 – 8).
Connect with each other in new ways, explore poses, smile, and play!
In this workshop, we will explore multiple fun and relaxing yoga poses that are great to do with young kids, and that you can easily continue to practice together once back home.
To ensure quality-time, we recommend (grand)parents to attend this workshop with one child per grown-up.
Session 2: Family yoga and massage workshop
A yoga workshop for the whole family, with a special focus on loving touch.
In this fun and relaxing workshop, we will explore multiple nourishing yoga poses and several childproof massage techniques that you can easily practice at home too.
Session 3: Children’s Yoga Workshop. Theme – The Ocean
A playful and fun yoga workshop for children of all ages. Move, breathe and smile while we discover how different creatures of the ocean live, look and play. Can you walk like a crab, jump like a dolphin or make really scary shark teeth? Come play and enjoy this special ocean-yoga flow!
