The Art of Touch - Healing through Thai Yoga Massage

Su is a Level 2 Forrest Yoga Teacher & Dynamic Thai Massage Therapist.

She is also co-owner with John Sinclair of Mahi Yoga in Newmarket (formerly The Yoga Corner). She values the importance & art of physical touch in both her Yoga classes and work as a massage therapist - taking the therapeutic approach as a bodyworker.

She teaches Yoga classes that always incorporate hands on assists - the approach not being to fix or correct a pose, but instead to bring energy and awareness to the felt experience.

A softening of gripping and tightening up in poses, the balance between strength and softness.

The balance between struggle and freedom within a pose.

Session 1 and 2: The Art of Touch - Healing through Thai Yoga massage.

This workshop teaches you the art of touch - such an important part of connecting and relating to others. You will be guided through a 30 minute massage - a dynamic movement based massage that works with the free flow of energy. This workshop facilitates connection and depth within the felt experience. *IMPORTANT - you need to bring a partner, two mats and a blanket to put on top. I recommend bringing a bolster and/or a block for added comfort.
