Humble Warrior Yogi; Dancer
Born and raised in Napier, New Zealand, Taane is the youngest of seven. A free spirited and wildly nomadic child, Taane started dancing as teenager and went onto graduate from the New Zealand School of Dance in Wellington in the late 80’s.
Taane has danced in all of the major companies in New Zealand and has sustained his performing career for more than three decades. He took his first yoga class in 2011 and began teaching in 2016. Taane shares maori culture in his classes and his Dance work.
